The project has not yet started after payment.
Work delivered is significantly different from the agreed scope and no resolution is reached after reasonable revisions.
A mutual agreement to terminate the project is reached, and payment exceeds the value of work completed.

- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
If work has already commenced or deliverables have been partially or fully provided
Delay in project timelines caused by the client (e.g., lack of feedback, missing assets)
Change of mind after service has begun
Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after final approval
